Address and Phone Verification via SMS / WhatsAppadmin
If this is your First Order then you will need to confirm your Address and Phone number via SMS or WhatsApp. You will get an SMS soon after the order is placed for the confirmation of the Address.
If your Phone Number is changed then you will again need to confirm your Address and Phone number via SMS or WhatsApp using the new Phone Number.
Please note that Landline number is NOT acceptable. Only Mobile Numbers are accepted.
The Order will NOT be processed until Phone and Address is verified.
Flamingo Store reserves the right to cancel the order if the verification fails OR in case no response is received from the provided phone number within 24 hours of the initial SMS.
How Can I Create An Account?admin
The account is automatically created when you put the Email Address, Username and Password at the CheckOut page. Below is the snapshot taken from CheckOut page.
How to Update Address and Phone Info for My Account?admin
Login to your account by clicking Log In on top right corner of Home Page
Click on Addresses and then Edit Address to Update the Address / Phone Info and hit Save button once done.
Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery Timesadmin
Order Processing time is 1 to 3 days after the Address and Phone is verified.
Shipping Time varies depending on the location of delivery address. Once the Order is processed and shipped then Usual delivery times for Major Cities are:
Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Lahore: 1 to 2 days
Karachi / Quetta: 3 to 5 Days
Peshawar: 1 to 3 Days
Refund and Return Policyadmin
We can accept returns for orders placed on Flamingo Store within 3 days of Order Delivery. Flamingo Store offers hassle-free returns which means the items can easily be returned provided the product is unused, in the original packing and/or not damaged. The product must be returned in its original packing along with the order details.
If you wish to return an item within 3 days of Order Delivery, please contact customer service via WhatsApp (03008549376) or via Instagram (_flamingojournals) with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process. You will need to mail the items to our office as indicated by our customer service team, including any free gifts or promotional items associated with your order, with your Order ID indicated clearly on the outside of the package.
Once your return is processed (3 days after receipt of items) we will issue a refund with a mutually agreed mode of payment, minus shipping charges.
